By placing an order with Chihuo Diary, you agree to the following terms:

1.⁠ ⁠Orders & Payment

•⁠  ⁠All orders must be placed at least 1–2 days in advance

•⁠  ⁠Orders are only confirmed after full payment is received

•⁠  ⁠We do not accept unpaid reservations

2.⁠ ⁠Cancellation & Changes

•⁠  ⁠No cancellation or refund once payment is made

•⁠  ⁠No changes to delivery date, address, or items after confirmation

•⁠  ⁠Postponement may be considered with at least 2 days notice, subject to availability

3.⁠ ⁠Product Nature

•⁠  ⁠All products are freshly made upon order

•⁠  ⁠Slight variations in appearance may occur as all items are handmade

4.⁠ ⁠Delivery

•⁠  ⁠Delivery is handled via third-party services (e.g. Lalamove / Grab)

•⁠  ⁠Delivery time: 2pm – 4pm

•⁠  ⁠Default drop-off location: lobby / guardhouse

•⁠  ⁠Redelivery charges will apply if recipient is unavailable

5.⁠ ⁠Risk & Responsibility

•⁠  ⁠We ensure proper packaging before dispatch

•⁠  ⁠We are not responsible for minor damages caused during transit
